View Invoices
How do I search?To begin your search, select the "View Invoices" transaction from the drop down menu in the Select Transaction window. If you logged in under an individual branch, or you don't belong to a hierarchy of customers, you will be able to view all of the invoices for your individual location. If you logged in under a hierarchy account, you will be able to view invoices for every branch.The status will default to display both Open and Closed invoices; if necessary, click the Status drop down to view only Open invoices. The default Search By will return the invoices from the Last 30 days. In addition to the Last 30 days, other advanced search criteria can be selected from the Search By drop down menu. After all search criteria have been entered, click the [go] button to conduct the search. The search results will be returned in the main window with the invoices listed. To view the details of an invoice, please click on the Invoice # to go to the Invoice Item Detail page. The header of the invoice that you chose is displayed much like the header on our hardcopy invoices. Note that the proof of delivery (POD) is shown in the "Shipped Via" box. You can get back to the header detail by hitting the clicking the Return to Invoice Summary link at the top of the screen. ![]() How do I view open invoice items?You can also view all open item statements for your company or individual location. Simply select the "View Invoices" transaction from the drop down menu in the Select Transaction window. This will open the View Invoices selection menus, in the "Status" drop down, select Open, and click [go]. This will take you to the Open invoices Summary Page; this will show you all of the invoices that NIBCO shows open for your entire hierarchy. If you logged in under an individual branch, or you don't belong to a hierarchy of customers, you will be able to view all of the open invoices for your individual location. You can export both of the displayed list of invoices to Excel by clicking the Download to Excel link.![]() |
